Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Vastara is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

🔄 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll work with Zendrop to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Vastara is not liable for courier-related lost packages but we’ll do everything possible to help track your order.
